Hi, I’m Shannon!
I’m a Certified Professional Organizer, Certified Neurodiversity Coach, Productivity Specialist and a Therapeutic Yoga Teacher. I specialize in working with neurodivergent people, whether that’s ADHD, chronic pain, stress, life overwhelm, transitions, or whatever is currently holding you back from allowing you to live the life you want to be living right now.
We work together to minimize the stress in your life, whether that’s physical or mental, through decluttering, movement, breathwork, support, accountability, and more. My toolbox is overflowing with resources to share, but when you work with me, the work we do is 100% customized to you, your needs, your brain, and your life. Because things are constantly changing and evolving and everyday is different when you are feeling overwhelmed.
