General

  • I offer a variety of services from neurodiversity coaching, private and group yoga classes, in home and virtual organizing, and special programs. All of my services focus on four foundational pillars: focus, space, self, and time; so no matter what work we do together, all of these things will live in the work we do.

  • Thank you! I actually work solo, but I draw from a rich background in organizing, yoga, coaching, and reiki to create personalized and holistic services for each client. My diverse skill set allows me to support my clients in multiple areas, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored approach.

  • You can book our services through our online store or contact me directly via email.

  • Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sessions for organizing and some other services to accommodate your needs and preferences. I only provide in person sessions to those local to me.

  • I work with a select number of clients at any given time to ensure I can provide the personalized attention and support each person deserves. My focus is on building strong, individualized relationships with my clients, which allows me to tailor my services to meet their unique needs and goals. This means my client load varies depending on the complexity and requirements of ongoing projects, but I always ensure I have the capacity to offer dedicated support to everyone I work with.

  • Absolutely! Many clients feel this way initially. I approach every situation with compassion and without judgment, focusing on positive change and support.

  • I maintain strict confidentiality and handle all personal information with the utmost care. Your trust and privacy are my top priorities.

  • I primarily offer in-person services in Wilmington, NC and Westchester County, NY. For areas outside the service region, please inquire about virtual organizing sessions.

Coaching Services

  • I use structured, neurodivergent-friendly approaches to ensure clarity and comfort. Sessions are personalized to accommodate individual needs and preferences.

  • Absolutely! Many of the packages integrate both coaching and organizing to provide a comprehensive approach to managing your focus, space, and time.

  • Coaching is a process, and progress can vary from person to person. We focus on creating sustainable changes, and sometimes it takes time to see significant results. Remember, I’m here as a guide to support you, but ultimately, it’s up to you to implement the changes you want to see. We’ll work together to create a personalized plan and provide ongoing support throughout your journey.

  • Coaching and therapy both aim to support personal growth, but they differ in focus and methods. Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented, helping clients develop actionable steps to achieve specific goals or improve areas like time management, organization, or personal well-being. Therapy, on the other hand, often delves into past experiences and emotional healing, addressing deeper psychological issues. While therapy is more about healing, coaching is about thriving and taking proactive steps toward your desired future.

  • My approach is customized to each client’s unique needs, emphasizing simplicity, routine, and sustainable strategies that align with their cognitive style.

  • No, I never force you to discard anything. I work with you to understand your needs and make decisions that align with your goals and comfort level.

  • It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. We’ll take breaks, adjust the pace, and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.

  • Virtual organizing involves live, one-on-one sessions conducted via video call, where we work together to tackle your organizing projects in real-time. Digital organizing, on the other hand, is a done-for-you service. I provide you with a personalized packet of resources and step-by-step guidance tailored to your needs. This allows you to work at your own pace, with all the tools and instructions you need to achieve your organizing goals.
