New Look, Same Motto

My motto from the beginning has been to help you release stress and clutter from your life. Whether that was through yoga, meditation, or physically supporting you to organize your space. This year has been anything but ordinary for all of us, but it has been a year to take a step back and reevaluate. It’s been a year to learn and notice what you love, what’s working for you, and what isn’t working anymore. I think we should all do this frequently throughout our lives. One of my favorites quotes is “edit your life frequently and ruthlessly, it’s your masterpiece after all.”

2020 was a year to edit our lives. For better or worse, it forced us to make a change and adapt. It made us become more flexible and reminded us that it is okay to feel and do whatever you need to do.

While it may seem like I’m offering new services, I’ve always done all of these things but never advertised it in one space before. These past few months have been a huge period of transition for my and my business. Before this year, teaching yoga was my main source of work while organizing came second. I always wanted it balanced, but never thought it would shift so much in this way. Now, I am so lucky to be spending the majority of my time helping people get more organized and feel more productive in their lives.

What does this look like? Whatever you are looking to achieve, whether it is clearing the space or finding some space to breath and move a little easier, I can help! Whether it’s in person or virtually we can work together to help you release stress and clutter from your life. Through support, guidance, coaching, movement, goal setting, and/or more we work together to achieve your goals. Even if that’s spending time figuring out what those are and prioritizing what you want to accomplish. I can help you talk through your ideas, I can share expertise and tools for organizing and getting things done, and I will constantly support you the whole way.

If you’re looking for movement, whether in conjunction with organizing or coaching or separately, I’ve been teaching yoga for over 5 years. I’m certified as a 500 hour registered teacher with over 200 hours of additional training and am currently training to become a Therapeutic Specialist through Yoga Medicine. Whether you’re looking to move, breathe, or work through an injury, I can help. I’m well versed in anatomy, alignment, and safety and am continuously learning more so I can be of service to all my students.

I cannot wait to share this new look with all of you and hope to work with some of you soon. Don’t hesitate to reach out for more information, ask questions, or set up an appointment with me.

I’m looking forward to helping you release stress and clutter from your life!
