The Chakras
The Chakras the seven energy centers of the body. They are located along the spine (or the sushumna channel). Each energy center has multiple things associated with it - such as a color, emotion, challenge, organs, and more. When we think about the chakras as a whole, we want to think about keeping our chakras balanced. As we learn about the chakras, we can often recognize ones that we may feel blocked, things that are feeling out of order or things that we are currently struggling with.
