The HGTV Effect
We all love HGTV. House hunting, organizing, hoarders. Not necessarily doing those things, but watching other people do them is lots of fun. What happens when we spend hours of our days watching TV shows and reading about organizing in magazines?
Yoga - Not Just Movement
When we think about yoga, we primarily think about the physical practice. We think about attending classes, getting the heart rate up, doing a movement practice. We might also think about breath, but past that, if we haven’t experienced yoga, we don’t know about all of the other parts that make up our yoga practice.
Quarantine Cleaning
We’ve all spent the better part of the last year in our houses. We may have realized how our space is or is not working for us. We’ve noticed all the things we have that we might not need. And/ or we’ve started to clean out or wanted to but didn’t know where or how to start.

New Look, Same Motto
My motto from the beginning has been to help you release stress and clutter from your life. Whether that was through yoga, meditation, or physically supporting you to organize your space. This year has been anything but ordinary for all of us, but it has been a year to take a step back and reevaluate.
Getting Through This
What we are experiencing right now is not a normal or usual experience, and we hope to never experience this again in our lifetime. We, globally, are going through a shared experience, a shared grief, a shared change of our “normal’ way of life.
